Right of Cancellation & Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • All components and packaging must be intact.

  • Normal use of the product is expected; damage due to misuse is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is a concern must be carefully cleaned before returning.

  • The product was defective upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if the above conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above requirements, follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to: info@lovenia-mode.nl

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product if damaged

  • First and last name of the customer

  • Customer address

We will contact you with the correct return address.
Do not send the product back to the sender. We will provide the correct address after you contact us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions if the consumer enters into a legal transaction for purposes not primarily related to their commercial or independent professional activity.

A. CANCELLATION TERMS

Right of Cancellation:
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Because our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately after placement. We cannot stop the shipping process once the order is being prepared, so cancellation is no longer possible after the goods have been shipped.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract via a clear statement (e.g., by mail or email). The return is considered complete once we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancelling an Order:
IMPORTANT: Orders must be canceled within 15 minutes of placement, as the order process is completed after this time and shipping is initiated.

Delays and Delivery Times:
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur that are beyond our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Wait until you receive the goods and return them if necessary. You may also notify us in advance of your cancellation.

To process your return as quickly as possible, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments you have made to us, except for delivery costs (unless additional costs arise because you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and without any additional charges.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will fees be charged for the refund.

Product Photos:
We reserve the right to request photos of the product being worn to verify if it is indeed too small. This helps ensure that the issue is truly related to sizing and prevents misunderstandings.

All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.
